Puss & Rose Tea Rooms

|
The Brits may have their critics, but one thing's for sure... They know how to brew a cuppa! At the English-owned Puss & Rose Tea Rooms you'll find a whopping 90 varieties of tea either to drink there or to buy loose, as well as a choice selection of homemade cakes for when the clock strikes five. Meanwhile those who side with the bean above the leaf can enjoy a very special cup of coffee or the best hot chocolate in town. But don't close your purse just yet as you may be tempted to buy one of the many gifts on sale in the teashop. An elegant interior, charmed with antiques, lace and flowers, refined music and a summer garden help recreate pre-War Blighty. |
