"Such a nice place with such a good tea, but with terrible service. What's a shame, that this girl with blond hair who work there is such impolite person... My advice to owner of this tea - room: please, employ people who like other people. Blond hair girl was naughty three times, when I had bought tea. My reflection after shopping was: she must have all time Premenstrual syndrome!!!!"

"This is a great place to go if you're alone and want to get some work done, read the paper or a magazine, or just reflect over a cup of coffee...the friendly service puts you at ease, and even though it's usually packed, the people are quiet and calm, secure in the knowledge that they've found a place to call their own."

"Friendly service in English. Outdoor tables in good weather (I like to get a pot of tea and watch people go by). Free internet hot spot. Very near St. Nicholas (Sw. Mikolaj) Church, a very old and well-preserved church, so a smart meeting place for tourists."
