Gdanska Restaurant reviewed by Steve and Heather from United Kingdom on Mar.17.2008 | "Although the restaurant does indeed have a beautiful interior, that's about all it has going for it. The food was at best mediocre. The fish was overcooked, dry and chewy. The potatoes had clearly been hanging around for a while and re heated. Service was extremly slow. If you are a local celebrity then service may be good. However we are not and as such we were treated with contempt. We were kept waiting an unreasonable amount of time between courses considering the restaurant only had one other table occupied. Our dinner plates were removed, when we had finished, without comment and 15 -20 minutes later, after many attempts to attract the waiters attention from the internet he was playing on, the cloakroom attendent eventualy sent him over to us. We descreetly voiced our dissatisfaction about the food and the lack of service to the waiter and requested to speak to the manager. However the waiter claimed he was the manager and made no attempt to apologise. In fact he just ignored us and gave us the bill for 150 pln. This is an overpriced, oversold restaurant. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. This was the most expensive restaurant with the worst food and the worst service in the whole of our weeks stay in Gdansk. Three restaurants to look out for are KOS and Chlopski Jadlo in Gdansk and Bar Pryzystan in Sopot."
Restaurant Zeppelin reviewed by Two girls+two monkies from Norway on Mar.14.2008 | "Great service! The people here threw a birthday party for me, and even made me a special cake, even though they had never did anything like it before. They even gave us free champagne for the occation.
The drinks were fantastic, and the food too was the best we had tasted in our stay in Poland. "
Napoli reviewed by Two girls from Norway on Mar.14.2008 | "The pizza was great(!!), but the dessert was not quite what we had expected.. The tiramisu had orange in it, and refering to us, tiramisu should not contain orange..."
Tivoli reviewed by Liam from United Kingdom on Mar.13.2008 | "Why do people who are not Italian and have no idea about Italian cuisine make all these crummy faux Italian restaurants all over the place? The food, of course, was disappointing. Our pizza dough was more suited to stodgy Polish pierogi for God's sake! Overall, rubbish."
Goldwasser Restaurant reviewed by Liam from United Kingdom on Mar.13.2008 | "This is a great restaurant for people-watching! Quite pricey, but the waitresses are pretty, and in the summer, so are lots of people walking past on the quay. (By the way the vodka with gold leaves in it - well, it just tastes like normal vodka but costs more!)"

Pierogarnia u Dzika reviewed by Eirin and Rayner from Norway on Feb.17.2008 | "This was a disapointment. Pierogis was not our kind of thing. The duckbrest was ok, but the vegetables was old, and boiled for to long!"
Pod Lososiem Restaurant reviewed by Eirin and Rayner from Norway on Feb.16.2008 | "Very, very good food. The interiour is fantastic and worth a look. A bit more expensive then the other restaurants in town, but defenatiely worth a try."

Baola II Restaurant reviewed by Gdansk Life from Poland on Jan.23.2008 | "Oops, it's closed... Now Trattoria Toscana occupies the building - an Italian restaurant which has already garnered a good reputation."
Rooster reviewed by Tomasz from Poland on Jan.07.2008 | "The food as for polish standards is not bad though overall it deserves a mark of 2.5/5. All the interiors isn't that bad composed. When I come to a restaurant all I care for is the food itself though. The idea of employing girls and making them wear shorts could be a bad and a good thing. When its bad.., its the time when you come to the restaurant with your girlfriend and she keeps on accusing you of staring at the girls. Good is when you come with your friends."
Restaurant Zloty Ul reviewed by Scott Keys from Poland on Dec.18.2007 | "It's now known as UL. Gone is the old decore, replaced by an open, very trendy "fashion club" with neon lights and uncomfortable seats around the tables. It's also gotten quite a bit more expensive. I miss the old place and give this one a sold thumbs down."

Wielki Blekit Restaurant reviewed by Scott Keys from Poland on Oct.24.2007 | "Sunday I had a delicious bowl of fish soup and a small order of fries for 10.50 zl. Everything on the menu is inexpensive and the dishes I saw other people eating all looked good. Great location at the foot of the short pier in Gdansk."
