When he's finished with his masterpiece, he'll place your meal on a small wooden boat, which sails around the counter on an indoor river to you, the eager customer! They have all sorts of Sushi, from tuna to crab to Salmon, and of course they serve the lethal hot sauce Wasabi! Most of the dishes served here come from original Japanese recipes and you're sure to hear some Japanese being spoken! 'Itadakimasu!'
