So-called because it is found in the splendid Abbott's Palace building in Oliwa Park, Restaurant Palace offers its guests a unique menu based on what its owner, Monika Zieba, calls 'Vintage' cuisine. The philosophy of her kitchen is based on neither traditional national cuisine, nor on modern ideas of fusion food, but draws on a little of everything, inspired first and foremost by what tastes good. This beautifully simple concept means that diners can enjoy choice Polish soups, sirloin steaks a la France, or salmon and dill Swedish-style all under the same roof.
