Gdynia's Sea Towers!

Get ready for some serious neck cramps! Gdynia will see the construction of the highest apartment block in Poland, which will require investment of 35-45 million Euros. Your neck will be strained from either looking towards the sky, or from the whiplash caused by the shocking price!

"We begin the execution of the most spectacular apartment investment in northern Poland," said Piotr Przebieracz a developer from Invest Komfort. The building will consist of two linked towers, which will be 28- and 36-stories high, and will stand 138-meters tall. "The investor already has a construction permit and is preparing to commence the investment," said Marek Stępa, deputy president of Gdynia. He expects that flats in Sea Towers will be among others purchased by investors from other parts of the country.

"We estimate that price of a square meter in the building will stand at zł.6,000-zł.20,000," said Przebieracz. The investment will be concluded within three years. Sea Towers is only one of a number of other projects currently carried out in Gdynia, which are together worth a few hundred million złoty.
