Recently, hooliganism reared its ugly (bald) head in Torun, where football fans on their way to a match in Gdansk, attacked police.

An estimated 500 fans were packed onto a train headed to Lechia Gdansk's home stadium. When the train came to a halt in Torun, a number of those fans began an airborne assault on police, throwing rocks and beer bottles at the officers.

Nine officers were injured and two police cars were damaged in the scuffle, however not a single Hooligan was detained by police.
