Zoo reviewed by dora from United States on Nov.15.2006 | "A visit to this zoo is really fun. This is the largest zoo in Poland covering over 250 acres. It is situated in a picturesque valley with many coastal beech and oak trees. You can see animals from all of the six continents including such rare species as dwarf hippos, king kondors and bongo antilopes. Don't miss the stork exhibit (common Polish bird) and pelican island. For the kids, a visit to the zoo is invaluable because they will see how the animals live in various regional habitats." |
