"There is no confusion- if you have stayed in as many 5 stars as I have you will recognise that the poor reviews are true as I experienced many of the negative aspects and more! Agree Grand at Sopot much better idea of 5 star service. The building DOES have 5 star potential but standard of cleaning and variations in service and attitude of staff do not. Compare with Warsaw Westin and Cracow Shraton and there is no contest."

"This is a joke. This is supposed to be 5 stars hotel. Well, we arrived very late evening. Had to wait a few minutes for receptionist. In the hotel room we ordered the room service and had to wait over an hour. The food arrived cold. In the morning we went for breakfast. Buffet was dirty and half empty. During our check out we asked for manager but he / she was unavailable for us."
