This Sushi Bar was the first of its kind in the whole Tri-City! What began as a stylish joint for the young and beautiful has only gotten better with age. The Sushi Bar is committed to giving you the best sushi in town, but prides itself on providing an authentic Japanese experience as well. From the soothing music to the artistic presentation of each and every dish, this is the place to go for great tastes from the Far East!

Of course the Sushi Bar has sushi with fresh salmon, tuna, or butterfish, but they have extended their menu to include ‘miso’ soup, Sashimi, and great tasting salads. Prepare your mouth for an extra-intense ‘wasabi’ hot sauce, but don’t worry because if you can’t stand the heat they have some green tea ice cream to sooth the palate! Most of the dishes served here come from original Japanese recipes, which you can learn about from the master chef as he prepares them for you! You are encouraged to ask questions, or just chat it up with the chef, who works within a round counter. When he’s finished his masterpiece, he’ll set it afloat in a tiny wooden boat, which makes its way around the counter, right to your seat!

Although each finely wrapped piece of sushi is a piece of art, have a go at stabbing it with a set of chopsticks. If all else fails, just use your fingers, because despite its incredible looks, this sushi belongs on the taste buds, no matter how it gets there! Itadakimasu!
